DutyRadar US Import Duty Ledger

Reflects US duties actually being collected as of 2026-08-24. Reciprocal / IEEPA tariffs were struck down as unconstitutional in Feb 2026 and are no longer collected. The temporary Section 122 10% expired 2026-07-24 — but it did not simply go away: new Section 301 forced-labor duties of 10%–12.5% on 60 economies took effect the same day. The base duty applies, plus those, plus China Section 301 and steel/aluminum Section 232 where they apply. US tariffs are unusually in flux, so confirm the final amount with CBP. See what changed →

Privacy Policy

DutyRadar is a free US import-duty calculator. This page explains what data is collected when you use it, why, and the choices you have. Updated 2026-08-24

Who we are

DutyRadar (“we”, “us”) is operated as part of the SitusWise project and hosted at dutyradar.situswise.com. For any privacy question, contact situswise.official@gmail.com.

The short version

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, address, or payment details. Your calculator inputs stay on your own device. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage, and Google AdSense to show ads — both set cookies. In the EEA and the UK, ad and analytics storage stays disabled until you consent.

Calculator inputs (stored on your device only)

To save you re-typing, your last calculator selections — origin country, item category, declared value, and shipping mode — are saved in your browser’s local storage under the key dr:last:v1. This never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or anyone else. To remove it, clear this site’s data in your browser. Downloadable calendar reminders (.ics) are generated in your browser and contain no personal data.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used in aggregate (which pages are visited, whether a calculation was run, approximate region, device type). This uses cookies and similar identifiers. We do not send your declared shipment value to Google; the estimated landed cost is transmitted only as a coarse range (e.g. “100–500”), never the exact figure. Analytics data is processed by Google; see Google’s Privacy Policy.

Advertising — Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display ads, which helps keep DutyRadar free. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads, and — where permitted — to personalize them. You can review and control ad personalization at Google My Ad Center, and learn more at How Google uses advertising cookies.

Consent (EEA & UK)

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, analytics and advertising storage are set to denied by default using Google Consent Mode, and are only enabled after you accept via the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies, which will show the banner again.

Cookies

Cookies used fall into three groups: functional (remembering your consent choice), analytics (Google Analytics, only with consent where required), and advertising (Google AdSense, only with consent where required). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the calculator still works without them.

Data we do not collect

No accounts, no names, no email addresses (unless you email us directly), no payment information, and no selling of personal data. The duty figures come from public USITC data, not from you.

Children

DutyRadar is a business/utility tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves; the “Updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
